There is a without a doubt in my mind a light that resides in each and every one of us. It has been called many different things: consciousness, spirit, soul, god, chi, the list goes on and on.Knowing this, I’ve been curious why we all aren’t carrying ourselves as divine human beings. In this book I attempt to look at some of the reasons we don’t naturally stand in our light. At the same time, providing you with some outlooks and views that may offer you a new perspective and bring you closer towards your light and divinity. I’ve spent some time studying from many cultures and implementing several different practices in my day to day, that enable me to remain present, planted, and grounded in the moment with ease and full of joy. In times like today, it is undeniably crucial that we need learn to connect to our soul, listen to our hearts, and learn to make ourselves available to hearing the voice within, not the distraction without.
