History of the A.M.E. Church in Zambia: A Historical Synopsis of the Church in Southern, East & Central Africa
What you are about to read is a true historical work that we have been a part of for years. From the mid-1970s through the late 1990s, the A.M.E. Church in Zambia experienced an expansion and spiritual awakening. This came about through the mighty works of the Holy Spirit and it involved resisting of Satan’s works. The enemy’s works involved use of his people he had put in the Church’s leadership in the same way he used the Pharisees and Sadducees to oppose the message of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am grateful to God for the works of the Rev. J.L.C. Membe, Rev. David K. Simfukwe and the Rev. Dr. Charles Kapungwe for this history which you all will find interesting to read.
